What is rdnLoadBalGroupInterval?

This read-create value, 5-480 minutes, sets how often the load-balancing process automatically runs for any load-balancing group on the system. Admins tune it to control how frequently the system proactively checks and rebalances channel utilization, trading off responsiveness against the overhead and disruption of frequent modem moves. An admin on a network with rapidly changing traffic patterns might lower this from a higher default toward the 5-minute minimum to keep channels more tightly balanced.
