What is rdnSpectrumHopBandHigh?
This read-create value (5,000,000-65,000,000 Hz, default 42,000,000) sets the stop frequency of the band this hop rule can move into, required to be at least 200,000 Hz above rdnSpectrumHopBandLow. Admins use this pair of values to constrain a fallback frequency band the CMTS may choose during a hop.
