Returns the generated PKCS#10 certificate signing request for this user certificate, once rc3GenerateKeyPair has completed key generation. The source DESCRIPTION field is blank, but the object name and its position alongside rc3GenerateKeyPair and rc3UserCertRDN make its purpose unambiguous: retrieving the PKCS10 request data.
