What is rcRipExtEntTalk?
This object stores a number that turns RIP (Routing Information Protocol) transmission on or off for a specific network interface. Network engineers use this to control which interfaces advertise routes to neighbors using RIP. For example, you might disable transmission on an interface facing an unreliable link but keep it enabled on interfaces toward core routers.
