What is rcRadiusGlobalAuthInfoAttributeValue?
The vendor-specific attribute number (0-255, default 91) used to encode the Auth-Info value in RADIUS requests. Admins would only change this from its default to match a custom RADIUS dictionary that expects a different attribute number for this field.
