What is rcRadiusGlobalAcctAttributeValue?
The vendor-specific attribute number (192-240, default 193) used to encode the User-Command value in RADIUS accounting records. Admins would only change this from its default to match a custom RADIUS dictionary that expects a different attribute number for this field.
