What is rcPlugOptModWaveLength?

Reports the transceiver's nominal transmit wavelength in nanometers at room temperature, which an admin cross-checks against the fiber plant and far-end optics to confirm wavelength compatibility (e.g. not mixing 1310nm and 1550nm optics on the same link).
