Description: The protocol type of an IP packet. A zero value in this field is used as a wildcard value.

What is rcIpFlowProtocol?

This OID shows which protocol layer is being used for a network flow (TCP, UDP, etc.), with zero meaning 'match any protocol'. It identifies what type of traffic is being classified. An operator uses this when defining network policies to distinguish between protocols and apply different rules.
