What is rbnStackedVlanHCOutUcastPkts?

This read-only 64-bit counter tracks unicast packets that higher-layer protocols requested be transmitted, including any that were discarded or not sent, aggregated across the outer VLAN and its inner VLANs. Admins use this to baseline normal outbound unicast volume and, combined with error or discard counters elsewhere in the MIB, assess whether requested transmissions are actually succeeding. An admin comparing rbnStackedVlanHCOutUcastPkts against actual received counts on the far end can spot packet loss occurring somewhere along the stacked-VLAN path.
