What is rcVlanSubnetAddr?
This read-write IpAddress specifies, per its source description, the IP subnet address for this VLAN, meaningful only when rcVlanType is set to byIpSubnet. Admins configure this together with rcVlanSubnetMask to define which IP subnet's traffic automatically becomes part of this policy-based VLAN. For example, setting this to 10.5.0.0 alongside a matching subnet mask would make all traffic from that subnet automatically join this VLAN.
