What is rcVlanRowStatus?
This read-write RowStatus is, per its source description, used to create and delete VLAN entries in the table. Admins set this to a creation value to add a new VLAN or to destroy to remove an existing one, making it the primary mechanism for provisioning VLANs via SNMP on this switch. For example, creating a new row with rcVlanId 50 and setting this object to createAndGo would add VLAN 50 to the switch's active VLAN table.
