What is rcVlanAction?
This read-write INTEGER, defaulting to none, triggers, per its source description, VLAN-related maintenance actions: flushMacFdb clears the MAC forwarding table, flushArp clears the ARP table, flushIp clears the IP route table, flushDynMemb clears dynamic VLAN members, and all clears everything at once for this VLAN. Admins write one of these values to force a clean state on a specific VLAN when troubleshooting stale forwarding, ARP, or routing entries without affecting the whole switch. For example, writing flushArp(3) after changing a device's IP address on this VLAN would immediately clear any stale ARP cache entries for that VLAN.
