What is obj33?
One of RANGE-MIB's synthetic Integer32 range-parsing test objects; its SYNTAX combines two contiguous ranges covering the full 32-bit space while excluding zero (-2147483648..-1 | 1..2147483647), testing correct parsing of a multi-range syntax with a deliberate gap. Its DESCRIPTION is the placeholder text 'description', consistent with the rest of this test MIB.
