What is obj02?
One of RANGE-MIB's synthetic Integer32 range-parsing test objects; its SYNTAX is constrained to the single value 1, testing that an SNMP tool correctly parses a one-value 'range'. Like its siblings, its DESCRIPTION is just the placeholder text 'description' since the object exists purely to exercise range syntax, not to represent real device state.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.1.2.2 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> RANGE-MIB::obj02
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.1.2.2.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> RANGE-MIB::obj02.1
