What is rlSyslogCountersPerSeverityEmergencyCounter?

This read-only Counter32 counts syslog messages logged at the Emergency severity level, the highest severity in the syslog scheme. Admins monitor this counter because any non-zero increment indicates a condition the vendor's software considers system-unusable and worthy of immediate attention. For example, a jump in this counter from 0 to 3 overnight would prompt an admin to immediately check the syslog for the specific emergency-level messages that were generated.
