This object specifies which port, or all ports, should have its storm-control counters cleared when a clear-counters action is triggered. Admins use this to reset the pass/drop byte counters on one port after a change, or across the whole device when starting a clean baseline for storm-control monitoring. For example, an admin could set this to a specific interface index to clear only that port's counters after adjusting its rate limit, rather than resetting every port's history.
