What is rlArpSpoofingStatus?
This read-create RowStatus is used to insert, update, or delete an ARP anti-spoofing table entry. Admins use it to activate a new protected-address entry or remove one that's no longer needed. Setting this to active(1) after configuring the local IP and MAC brings that anti-spoofing rule into effect.
