What is rlArpSpoofingRemoteIpAddr?

This read-create IpAddress specifies an IP address the device will periodically send ARP requests to, when set to a value other than 0.0.0.0. Admins use this to have the switch actively probe a remote host's reachability as part of the anti-spoofing configuration. For example, setting this to the real gateway's IP lets the switch continuously verify that address is still reachable.
