What is rlArpSpoofingLocalIpAddr?

This read-create IpAddress specifies the IP address for which the device will send spoofed ARP replies. Admins use this ARP anti-spoofing feature to have the switch answer ARP requests for a protected address on behalf of another device, for example to defend a gateway address. For example, setting this to the gateway's IP has the switch reply authoritatively for that address.
