What is qosTargetStorageType?
This OID defines whether a quality-of-service rule is temporary or permanent storage—permanent rules survive device reboot. It controls persistence of traffic management configurations. A network admin setting up QoS would use this to ensure critical traffic rules persist across system restarts.
