Description: This attribute identifies the meter that is associated with this QoS Target instance. Meters are defined in the qosMeterTable. The corresponding instance in the qosMeter class (i.e., the class instance where the qosMeterId is equal to the value of this object) must exist prior to being associated with an ACL Target entry.
A value equal to zero indicates that no metering is requested.
What is qosTargetMeter?
Points to the qosMeterTable row that meters traffic matching this target; a value of 0 means no metering is applied to this target's traffic.
