Description:
This attribute identifies the action that is to be initiated for flows that are determined to be in-profile with regard to metering criteria being applied to the flow. If no metering criteria is specified, all flows matching a given target specification are considered in-profile.
Actions must be defined in the qosActionTable prior to being referenced by this attribute. A non-zero value for this attribute must be provided unless an in-profile (high conformance) action is specified and associated with a meter identified by the qosTargetMeter attribute.
