Description:
This attribute identifies the action that is to be initiated for flows that are determined to have a medium level of conformance with regard to metering criteria being applied to the flow.
Actions must be defined in the qosActionTable prior to being referenced by this attribute. A valid value for this attribute must be provided prior to use if the value of the associated qosMeterDataSpecification object is committedRate(2) or peakRate(3) and an out-of-profile action is not specified in the associated qosTargetTable entry.
