What is prtChannelIfIndex?

This object links a printer channel to a network interface by storing the interface index (ifIndex) from the standard Interfaces MIB. Operators use this to map which physical or logical network connection corresponds to each printer channel or port. A value of zero indicates the channel has no associated interface.
