What is prtAuxiliarySheetBannerPage?
This read-write on/off/presence value is a master switch that enables or disables printing a banner page at the start of every job, regardless of which interpreter (PCL, PostScript, etc.) processed it. An admin turns this off on a busy shared printer to cut down on wasted banner sheets for every print job.
