What is prvtEventPropagationWaitRestoreTimer?

This read-write Unsigned32, ranging 0 to 600 and defaulting to 0, sets in seconds how long the switch waits after the fault clears before performing the revertive action. An admin raises this to make sure the underlying condition has genuinely stabilized before reverting, preventing a flapping link from repeatedly dropping and restoring. For example, setting prvtEventPropagationWaitRestoreTimer to 30 keeps a link down for 30 seconds of continuous good health before restoreLink is actually executed.
