What is prvtStrmCtlPortTrafficRowStatus?
This is the row-status control for an individual traffic-type entry (such as broadcast, multicast, or unknown-unicast) within a port's storm control configuration, separate from the port-level row status. Administrators use it to create, activate, or remove threshold configurations for a specific traffic type on a specific port. Setting this to createAndGo would add and immediately activate a new per-traffic-type storm control threshold entry for that port.
