Description:
The desired state of this service. 1. The transition from down(2) state to up(1) state can be done only if svcRowStatus is either active(1) or notInSercvice(2). 2. The transition from up(1) to down(2) state has to be done in order to modify svcRowStatus object.
What is svcAdminStatus?
This object controls the desired operational state (up or down) of a service on a Comptel/Portigent platform, allowing operators to administratively enable or disable service delivery. Services can only transition from down to up if they are in active or notInService row status; conversely, the service must be brought down before modifying its configuration. This provides a clean way to manage service lifecycle without deleting configuration.
