What is sapIngressQosPolicyId?
This object contains the ID (table row index) of the ingress QoS policy applied to a service access point, or zero if no policy is configured. QoS policies define traffic classification, marking, and rate-limiting rules for inbound traffic on a service interface. An operator sets this to link a SAP to a preconfigured QoS policy, enabling traffic engineering and service differentiation.
