What is sapIngQosQueueStatsOfferedHiPrioOctets?
This object tracks the total number of high-priority bytes offered to a service queue on an ingress interface, as classified by the QoS policy. High-priority traffic usually gets preferential handling in queuing and scheduling to ensure critical services (voice, streaming) get bandwidth.
