What is sapIngQosQueueStatsOfferedHiPrioOctets?

This object tracks the total number of high-priority bytes offered to a service queue on an ingress interface, as classified by the QoS policy. High-priority traffic usually gets preferential handling in queuing and scheduling to ensure critical services (voice, streaming) get bandwidth. An operator would monitor this to verify QoS policies are correctly prioritizing traffic, ensure important applications get adequate bandwidth, and detect when high-priority traffic exceeds provisioned resources.
