What is hqosSapEgressFCDot1PValue?

This OID stores an 802.1p priority value (0-7) that determines how outgoing traffic is marked for Quality-of-Service handling on a service access point. This priority marking tells downstream switches how to treat packets (high priority for voice, low for bulk data). A network engineer would configure this value when setting up traffic classes to ensure voice or critical traffic gets priority handling while non-essential traffic uses leftover bandwidth.
