What is hqosNetworkQueueHiPriority?

This obsolete read-only flag indicates whether a specific QoS network queue is assigned high priority status for packet scheduling. The object has been deprecated in favor of the hqosNetworkQueueLevel object, which provides more granular priority levels; systems may still report this for backward compatibility. Operators should update monitoring to use the replacement object for current priority configuration.
