Description: This is the minimum amount of time in seconds for which the header of an expired LSP shall be retained after it has been flooded with zero Remaining Lifetime. All that is required is that the header be retained until the zero Remaining Lifetime LSP has been safely propagated to all the neighbors.

What is prvtIsisSysZeroAgeLifetime?

After an LSP has been flooded with a zero remaining lifetime (i.e., it's being purged), this is the minimum number of seconds the router keeps that expired LSP's header around before final deletion. This grace period exists purely to make sure the zero-lifetime purge has time to propagate safely to every neighbor first.
