Description: The maximum LSP bandwidth for the various switching descriptors on an interface is updated in real-time by the I3 Stub. In order to increase performance and reduce network traffic, this parameter determines the minimal percentage change of maximum LSP bandwidth that causes a new LSP to be originated.
What is prvtIsisSysMaxLSPBwidthPcntge?
This sets the minimum percentage change in the maximum LSP bandwidth of a switching descriptor that must occur before a new LSP is originated to advertise it. It's part of the same family of TE damping thresholds used to limit control-plane churn from small bandwidth changes.
