What is prvtIsisSysL2toL1Leaking?
When set to true, this lets the router leak routes learned at level 2 (the backbone) down into level 1 (the local area), so intra-area routers can see backbone destinations. This is used to improve routing optimality in multi-level IS-IS designs where level-1-only routers would otherwise rely solely on a default route toward the nearest level-2 router.
