Description: The 3Way state of the adjacency. These are picked to match the historical on-the-wire representation of the 3Way state, and are not intended to match prvtIsisISAdjState.
What is prvtIsisISAdj3WayState?
This reports the 3-way handshake state of the adjacency using the historical on-the-wire numbering (up=0, initializing=1, down=2, failed=3), which is deliberately not intended to line up with the values used by prvtIsisISAdjState. An admin correlating this with packet captures should use this object, while prvtIsisISAdjState is the more natural one for general monitoring.
