What is dhcpUnknownCircuitIDPolicy?
Controls whether the DHCP server permits(1) or denies(2) requests that arrive with a circuit-ID it doesn't recognize from any configured range. Set this to deny(2) on a network where you want to strictly limit DHCP service to known, provisioned access circuits only.
