Note that at least one of prvtcrldpPmLdpSupported and prvtcrldpPmCrLdpSupported must be set to 'true' before activating a prvtcrldpPmTable row. Both prvtcrldpPmLdpSupported and prvtcrldpPmCrLdpSupported may be set to 'true'.
