What is prsDevDesc?
This is a writable free-text description field attached to a print device entry. An admin uses it to record human-readable context about a printer, such as its location or model, that the raw prsDevName alone doesn't convey, making it easier to identify the physical device when troubleshooting remotely. For example, an admin sets prsDevDesc to "2nd floor color laser, room 214" for the device named printer3.
