What is ipPolicyRuleProtocol?
This sets the IP protocol number this rule matches, where 256 is the reserved don't-care value meaning any IP protocol (the default). An admin sets this to 6 (TCP) or 17 (UDP) to scope the rule to a specific transport protocol.
