Description: The IP protocol in the packet. Use 256 to specify IP (i.e. don't care)

What is ipPolicyQueryProtocol?

This sets the IP protocol number of the hypothetical packet used in a policy query. An admin sets this to test matching against a specific protocol, such as TCP or UDP, before deploying a rule in production.
