Description: The destination port of the packet. This fields is applicable only when ipPolicyRuleProtocol is TCP(6) or UDP(17). In all other cases its values is not used.

What is ipPolicyQueryL4DestPort?

This sets the destination Layer 4 port of the hypothetical packet used in a policy query. An admin sets this to test whether a rule correctly matches traffic destined for a specific service port.
