Description:
When the originating node is a peer group leader, indicates the node ID of the parent LGN. If the originating node is not peer group leader of its peer group, this attribute's value is set to (all) zero(s).
What is pnniMapNodeParentNodeId?
This OID holds a unique identifier representing the parent node in an ATM network hierarchy when this node is part of a peer group. A read-only value tells you whether this node is a subordinate in a larger network structure or a top-level leader. When troubleshooting ATM network connectivity, an operator checks this to understand whether a failing node should cascade failures up to its parent.
