Description:
For horizontal links to/from LGNs, this attribute identifies the SVCC-based RCC used to exchange information with the neighboring peer logical group node. If the pnniLinkType is not `horizontal link to/from LGN', this attribute shall take the value of zero.
What is pnniLinkSvccRccIndex?
For ATM links between logical group nodes, this object identifies which SVCC-based RCC (Route Change Control) connection carries topology exchange information between peers. ATM network designers use it to validate that control connections are properly established between group nodes. A zero value indicates the link is not a horizontal LGN-to-LGN link and does not require this control path.
