What is pmPowerMgmtPhasesTableAlarm?
This phase's alarm status: normal, blow-fuse, hw-ocp, or a high/low current warning or critical threshold breach (0 if unsupported). Lets an admin isolate which specific phase leg of a 3-phase PDU is overloaded rather than only knowing the PDU as a whole has a problem.
