What is pmPowerMgmtPDUTablePowerFactorValue?
The PDU's actual power factor, in Pf x 100 (e.g. 95 means a power factor of 0.95), or 0 if unsupported. A low power factor flags inefficient reactive-heavy load even when real power draw looks fine.
