What is swPktStormTrapCtrl?

This object controls when the switch generates a storm-control SNMP notification: never, only when a storm is detected, only when a storm clears, or both when detected and when cleared. Administrators set this to control how much storm-related trap traffic they receive, since the default of none(1) means no notifications are sent unless explicitly configured. For example, an admin wanting visibility into both onset and resolution of storm events would set this to both(4) to receive a notification each time a storm starts and again when it clears.
