What is messagesInQueue?

This value reports the number of messages currently sitting in the PGP Universal server's mail queue awaiting processing or delivery. An admin watches it to detect a backlog building up, which can indicate a processing bottleneck or downstream mail server issue. For example, a queue depth climbing into the thousands would prompt an admin to check for a stuck delivery destination or an overloaded appliance.
