What is otmSystem?
This device-dependent string, up to 40 characters, names the largest containing object identified as the alarm's emitter — effectively the specific system or device that raised it. Admins use it as the primary identifier for which piece of equipment needs attention. For example, otmSystem reading 'PBX-Meridian1-07' points the admin directly at the specific Meridian 1 system that generated the alarm.
