What is otmDateAndTime?
This string reports the time the alarm occurred, formatted as YYYY MM DD HH MM SS hh, where hh (hundredths of a second) may be zero. Admins rely on it to build an accurate timeline of events when correlating this alarm against other logs or alarms from the same Nortel/Optivity-managed system. For example, otmDateAndTime reading '2026 08 27 14 03 12 00' tells the admin the alarm fired at 2:03:12 PM on August 27, 2026.
